Welcome to My Glam Shop (myglamshop.co). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
My Glam Shop sells skincare and beauty products online to customers in the United States. You can contact us at support@myglamshop.co.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
3. Products
We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors, packaging and labels may vary slightly from the images shown, as manufacturers sometimes update packaging. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the ingredient list and do a patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a product being unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
5. Discount codes
Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied to past orders, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
6. Shipping
We ship within the United States only, and standard shipping is free on every order. Delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains how we handle damaged, defective or incorrect items.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to My Glam Shop or its content suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Glam Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
